About Losing... with Slimming World

Join me on my journey to a healthier, happier life through the magic of Slimming World. The main purpose of this blog is to provide me and anyone who happens upon it with additional motivation, determination and hopefully success in the struggle to lose weight and keep it off long term.

I have been a Slimming World member on and off for nearly 9 years. I have been a target member and put all the weight back on again; I have cheated, given up, joined rival classes, convinced myself I am never going to be thin and made every excuse under the sun on my journey so far.

I have been blogging about Slimming World on my personal blog since the beginning of 2011, it is such a huge part of my life that the topic has started to take over, I could talk about food and dieting all day given the chance... for that reason I have given my Slimming World journey a blog all of its very own.
